Shipping
All works are produced and packaged by Binary Soul.
Collector works are produced on demand and typically ship within 21 business days.
Studio Editions are processed within 5–10 business days.
International shipping times vary by destination.
Shipping costs for large-format collector works may be confirmed separately after purchase.
Packaging & Care
Each work is carefully inspected, photographed, and documented prior to shipment.
The works are professionally packaged using protective multi-layer wrapping and reinforced shipping materials to help ensure safe international delivery.
Please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if any visible shipping damage has occurred.
Binary Soul is not responsible for damage caused during installation or improper handling after delivery.
Returns & Damages
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of the works, all sales are final.
If a work arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork.
Each case is reviewed individually.
Certificate of Authenticity
Collector Editions include a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity and integrated edition markings embedded within the artwork itself.
Studio Editions are marked with the Binary Soul insignia, collection identifier, edition type, and year of release.
Edition Policy
Each work is released as part of a limited edition series.
Once an edition is completed, no further works will be produced in that format or size.
Edition details are embedded within the work itself.
Customs / Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country.
Terms & Conditions
Minor variations in color, transparency, texture, or surface appearance may occur due to material and production processes.
Binary Soul retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artworks, including all associated imagery, video, and digital content.
Purchase of a work does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
